When the power is supplied, the indicator light is on, and the motor cannot start. Cause: The power supply is out of phase or the main control line is virtually connected. Solution: Repair the power supply and control line and the total stop button.
The skin is suddenly thin and thick. Cause: The knife is high or low, the knife gap is inconsistent with the feed wheel, and the wood is on the yin and yang sides. Solution: Adjust the knife height according to the knife adjustment chart, adjust to the seam and hanging wheel, and replace the wood.
Automatically feeds the knife during normal rotary cutting, and stops when feeding forward. Reasons: (1) Virtual connection of the feed circuit; (2) The electromagnetic clutch slips and the knife is too high. Solution: (1) Check whether the feed line is connected in a virtual way; (2) Clean the clutch piece with gasoline or diesel oil and adjust the knife height.
The skin is thick before and thin before. Cause: The knife is low and the knife gap is too small. Solution: Adjust the knife height and knife seam according to the knife adjustment diagram.
The tool will not be retracted automatically when it hits the reverse travel switch. Cause: The travel switch and the retracting control circuit are broken. Solution: replace the trip switch maintenance circuit.
When the tool is automatically retracted, the stroke switch does not stop after hitting, and the total stop button does not work. Reason: The sintering of the retracting contact point does not loosen. Rotary cutting machine solution: Grind the contacts and replace them with new ones.
The cross-section of the skin is thin and uneven. Cause: The blade is not straight, and the size of the knife gap is inconsistent. Solution: Re-sharpen the knife and adjust the blade.
The board cannot be connected. Cause: The knife is too high or too low, the knife seam is not well matched with the feed knife hanging wheel, and the yin and yang faces. Solution: Adjust the knife height, the knife seam and the feed wheel, and replace the wood.
